Q.I have attended business training before and found it was dry, dull and wasn’t relevant to my business, how is this training different?
A. This training is delivered in a fast moving, friendly and fun environment and the workbooks make the learning relevant to your business.

Q. As a business owner will I have the time to do the workbooks?
A. The workbooks are designed to help you in your business so it’s not like ‘home work’ more like working on your business in between each module.

Q.Can I send someone else if I can’t attend one of the dates?
A. We understand there may be an occasion when you can’t attend, in this situation we would allow a senior member of your team to attend in your place.

Q. I can’t make the first module; do I have to wait until next year’s programme?
A.It is best if you can start at the beginning however if you can’t make module 1 for this year’s programme you can either; join us at module 2 and take module 1 at the beginning of next year’s programme or we can arrange a one-to-one session but this will be at an additional cost similar to one-to-one training .

Q.Do you recommend that delegates do the extra work required to gain the qualification?
A. That is each delegate’s decision, it may be that for career progression or job prospects it would be helpful plus the extra learning required will always be of benefit. Delegates don’t have to decide before they start the programme and can even do it after they have finished. However to be put forward for this qualification delegates must have attended every module (or made alternative arrangements such as one-to-one as stated above), completed the workbooks plus have carried out additional assignments based on their workplace.
