Annual Business Training Programme

The ‘above the river’ section is the annual Business Training Programme (BTP) with each module depicted as a mainline railway with the starting station being the name of the module and the terminating station the completion of the module.The topics covered in each module are shown by the sub stations along the railway line. Course details can also be found on the following pages of the passport.

The BTP begins every January with the first 1-day module; Business Foundations and completes in November with Leadership, the intervening modules are taken every 2 months, see dates below.

In-between the delivery of each module delegates will be expected to complete additional work-related activities to help imbed their newly acquired knowledge and act as a referral mechanism for the future.

The BTP is designed for each delegate to progress through the 6 modules; however in the instance that a delegate cannot attend it is possible for their appointed alternative to attend in their place.

There will also be the opportunity, if required, for delegates to progress to a validated business qualification on successful completion of all modules plus additional assessments. N.B. Additional fees are involved.

Fees

Individual delegate fees are £299 per month paid by standing order on 7th of each month. Course total = £ 3,588

Additional delegates from the same company are accepted at a reduced fee of 20% = £239.20 per month paid by standing order on 7th of each month.

Course total = £2970.40

 

1-Day workshops

The ‘below the river’ section is the One-to-One Training ‘tube line’ with each course shown in pink.

Each course is delivered at the delegates business and as they are on a one-to-one basis there are no set dates as bookings are made on a mutually convenient basis. The courses shown on the map are the most popular but others i.e. Essential Finance are also available.

Fees

1. 1 delegate £500 plus travel expenses

2. 2 – 4 delegates £650

3. 5 – 7 delegates

4. 8+ delegates £1,000

Expenses: For on-site training travel expenses will be charged at 40 pence per mile. If an overnight stay is required, due to distance or if training is delivered over more than one day, then hotel expenses will also be charged.
