Programme director is Gill Morris, a Chartered Marketer, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Member of the Professional Speakers Association, Director of a Standard Setting Body, Board Member of a government Employers Taskforce the M.D. of GMT Business Training and a published author. Gill has worked within Research and Development, New Product Development, F.M.C.G. and owned a number of successful and diverse businesses including beauty salons, I.T. and corporate gifts.
